Pem Ozone Generator High Concentration 250-280mg/L for Air Purification

PEM electrolyte ozone generator is advanced electrochemical ozone generation technology products. Its principle is based on pure water as raw materials, at low voltage and high-density current to electrolyze water molecules for cation exchange and proton exchange and generation of oxygen, ozone and hydrogen. There is no need any of prepared equipments, the concentration of ozone output up to 20% (gas weight ratio). The output gas consist of oxygen and ozone only. There is no secondary pollution.

1. The PEM ozone generator which operates at constant pressures to produce a continuous flow of ozone in an oxygen stream having 20% by weight of ozone.
2. The produced gas are only oxygen and ozone, without NOX nitrides which may induce cancer to human body.
3. The generator uses 3.5v low-tension DC voltage. It has no electricity danger, no electromagnetic wave and noise generated. It can work along with other high accuracy instrument in the lab.
4. The source used in PEM cell is only pure water, with electricity current. It is safe to operate and easy to maintain. It needs no prepared equipments.
5. The use of 3.5v low voltage means that the wearout on the anodes and cathodes of PEM cell is very limited. It ensures a long life running more than 8,000 hours.
6. The located place chosen is not subject to the ambient temperature and humidity. It can run under the circumstance of 90% humidity.
7. Self cooling water loop has no danger of fire accident.
8. High concentration of ozone production make sure high dissolved amount in water with ease.
9. 20% ozone and 80% oxygen weight by weight gas is ideal for air purification.
